A program that allows past guests of Ritz Tours (Brand Advocate) to refer other travelers. In return, they earn Travel Credits, which can be redeemed toward Ritz Tours trips.

Brand Advocate

A Ritz Tours guest who has successfully booked a tour that includes at least two people in the reservation and refers a friend or family member.

Travel Credit

The reward a Brand Advocate earns for referring a customer who makes a booking with Ritz Tours. Travel credits are issued once the referred guest has paid the deposit for their tour.

Advocate Referral Code

A unique code assigned to each Brand Advocate, used to refer guests.

Referee

A guest referred to Ritz Tours by a Brand Advocate.

Referral savings

A discount applied to a new Ritz Tours booking when a valid Advocate Referral Code is used.

Travel agents and affiliated contractors are not eligible to participate in the Referral Rewards Program.

There’s no limit to how much you can earn! For example, if 4 travelers you referred complete and pay the deposit for their bookings, you’ll receive $200 in Travel Credits—that’s $50 per traveler, with unlimited earning potential.

1. Login to your account, click on “My Rewards,” and enter your friend’s name and email address to send them your unique Referral Code.
2. Prefer a direct approach? You can also copy your code and share it via text, email, or social media.
3. Your Referral Code will also appear after you complete a booking—making it easy to invite friends and family to join your next adventure.

Yes, Travel Credits must be used within one year from the date the voucher code is issued. The code is generated when your referred friend or family member (Referee) makes their deposit payment on their booking.

Just log in to your Ritz Tours account and go to the “My Rewards” section. There, you’ll find your current Travel Credits balance, along with a detailed list of each credit, including its 8-digit voucher code and expiration date.

No, Travel Credits cannot be applied toward your tour deposit. They may only be used toward your remaining tour balance on an existing or future tour.

Yes, you can use your Travel Credits toward any item pre-booked in your reservation at the time of final payment. However, they cannot be applied to optional tours or other services purchased while you are on tour.

If you cancel a tour that was booked using Travel Credits, please refer to our standard cancellation policy for details on applicable penalties. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to your original form of payment, and any unused Travel Credits will be returned to your Travel Credit balance. Please note that the original expiration date will still apply to any reinstated Travel Credits. The same conditions apply to tours that are cancelled by us.

Yes. This referral discount can be combined with other discount, but cannot be used with select promotional codes (ie. Abandoned Cart promotional codes) or coupons/discounts. However, please note that it cannot be applied to select tours, including but not limited to tours RTWSAT, RTWSUN.

No. To qualify for the $50 per person referral discount, all travelers in the reservation do not have to be first-time customers of Ritz Tours, but they do need to be referred by a Brand Advocate.

By participating in the Ritz Tours Travel Referral Program, I am agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and agreeing to act as a Brand Advocate.

The Ritz Tours Referral Rewards Program is available to guests who have successfully booked a tour with Ritz Tours that includes at least two people in the reservation and are at least 18 years old. Travel agents and affiliated contractors are not eligible to participate in the Referral Rewards Program.

If you have been referred to Ritz Tours by a Brand Advocate, you are eligible to receive a $50 per person discount on your booking with Ritz Tours.

You will earn a $50 Travel Credit for each customer you refer who books and pays the deposit on a Ritz Tours trip. There is no limit to the number of Travel Credits you can accumulate.

The following Brand Advocate Travel Credits terms apply:

1. Advocate Referral Codes may not be posted on coupon or discount code aggregator websites.
2. Advocate Referral Codes are not valid for customized tours, bookings made through a travel agent, and select tours including but not limited to tours RTWSAT, RTWSUN.
3. Advocate Referral Codes expire within 1 year of issuance date.
4. Travel Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.
5. Each Travel Credit will be issued with a unique voucher code, which will expire one (1) year from its issuance date.
6. Travel Credits must be redeemed directly through Ritz Tours’s website and can only be applied toward the final payment of tour package reservations. They cannot be used on third-party vendors' websites.
7. If a referred customer cancels their booking, the associated Travel Credit will be removed from your rewards account. If your tour balance has already been paid and this removal creates an outstanding balance, immediate payment will be required. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation.
8. Travel Credits will not be awarded for bookings associated with spam, fraudulent activity, or credit card abuse.
9. Guests are responsible for entering their Travel Credit voucher code during checkout. Credits not applied during checkout cannot be added to a booking after payment has been processed.
10. Ritz Tours reserves the right to modify or terminate the Travel Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
